I am unable to contact anyone with this great site..my ratio is low and I am so green at torrents..I tried to upload a DVD somehow twice but I am unable to download it and seed. How do I delete those 2 pending uploads as I finally found out how to seed. I need help fast please so I dont get banned. Thanks in advance Dale :(

The mods email is in the front page. Write and tell us your nickname so we can help you. You can also read the FAQ that's plenty of instructions for green people like you :-)

Your ratio is extremely low. You're not banned yet, so you have the chance to raise it. Read the FAQ about raising ratio, it's full of good tips.
I've deleted the torrents you uploaded, as they already were in the tracker. You can't upload duplicate stuff.

typical tips:
don-'t go for the old torrents, try new ones only, if necesarry make requests (also here if you want) or older stuff to be reuoploaded.
try new (not on the tracker) uploads. don't worry, there is always someone who has less then you do..
set your torrent client on a lower download speed then it can actually upload.
etc..etc..
