John Illsley Interview in German Guitar Magazine

In the latest issue of Guitar (German Guitar Magazine) you can find an brief interview with JI. He talks about his latest album, his guitar playing etc. He also told that he and MK are still very good friends and that MK presented him a MK Startocaster on his last birthday.

Geez, MK is a real tightwad, giving away guitars he probably gets free, or at least cheap. ;)

Well, Fender probably sold many of that guitars because of the MK signature on them, so he probably deserve some of them for free  ;D

However, he wont have any problem paying for them ;)

On the same subject, isn't it wierd that MK borrowed Glen Worff's MK strat on the 2008 tour?
