And I thought I was weird that I could only enjoy concerts only if I can have my photographic camera with me. As a matter of fact, I also prefer to record concerts, but come to think of this, I rarely have time to listen over and over again to these recordings, while photos are more practical. Still, it is their trade, their job, so they have the watermelon and the knife. (a Greek saying)
Come on, it is not funny anymore.

What kind of knife do they have ? Usual six-blade knife ?
I'm glad I only have to cross the street to get an incredible choice of Swiss Army knives.
I've heard there's a stealth one.   ;)

Stealth recording ? What are you talking about ?  ;)

Only stealth knives.
Still hesitating between the model that has two blades and the model that has only one blade.
Maybe two blades Saturday and one blade Sunday.  ::)

recording? where? where?
Well if it is stealth it is stealth even to our ears. I am a sucker for such recordings as well, but I guess that's what sucker means...
Come on, it is not funny anymore.

>>His policies have been becoming more strict as the tours go by.
On the other hand I had the impressions some fan's behaviour became more and more irritating: filming all the time, not applauding in order not to spoil the sound of their recording etc. ...

Generally, in a time where even smartphones allow full HD video recording, it becomes almost impossible to ban recording equipment from a concert so there will be lots of videos, no matter if allowed or not.

This is not a MK policy for this tour but BD policy.
BD being the main artist it is its policy that apply.
This is the way I understant the current situation.

Wait for the next MK tour and see what happens, at least about audio recording.

What I meant was that he may use this as a kind of stepping stone to a higher level security.  It's a good excuse to slip it in now at this level and make it easier for us to digest. :-\

A long standing policy yet photos and excellent recordings always magically appear in Dylan circles, especially on European legs of a tour.
Your boys may need to step it up a bit, that's all. ;D ;D

You obviously never witnessed MK draw his finger of death in middle of a song  pointing an unlucky camer at one of his shows. Even altering its own lyrics to give cue for the security where the faulty bastard is standing...  ;)

Dear Arabia, you are right about Old Bob. I guess it is a game he plays in order to make it look hard and to keep everybody happy. After all he has so many unreleased material in his vaults that he doesn't actually have to sing a note in his life, and still provide us with a double CD of new material every 6 months. Even in Greece it is extremely easy to get many bootleged recordings from his never ending tour onward, in affordable prices. On the other hand, MK's fans, usually try to respect MK's wishes (yes witnessing MK pointing his finger is quite a sight :D), no matter how hard it is to not record your favourite artist. :lol . I have a very hard time finding any silver prssed bootlegs of MK in Greece, and that can mean plenty of things, that it is not the time or place to analyze.  However, it is easy to find many of MK's recordings. Check it out, if you haven't done it already, by pressing the caricature at the top right corner. And if you have time to spend, well we can start a topic-thread about Dylan, so that we can fully understand and appreciate his work, music, lyrics and (for many of us) voice. ;)

Well, in 10 years or so when Mark has reached 70's, we will probably also write stuff like "Mark center stage" on the setlist descriptions, because it seems to be totally spectacular then when he moves or walks two or three steps...

I think since the Kill to Get Crimson Tour in 2008 it is forbidden to record/video tape the concerts, but in the past when people were still allowed to record, Mark sent the security guard away! ........Ooohhh poor guy!

At least you can stop writing 'Mark sitting down' on this tour apparently  ;D
