Wonderful version of Sailing to Philadelphia

Amazing version of Sailing To Philadelphia.... need to share just in case you've missed it. Lol (you probably haven't)

Erm is Mark wearing a wristband? (blast from the past huh?)  8)

I must also add that the band are playing so well this tour, and Mark in particular is full of energy, and is on FIRE.

I love the chromatic lick at about 5:53, but the best version I've heard was at Lille. The lick is around 6:09 -   yes, I'm stealing it for own trick back! :)
Hey, i`ve got a truffle dog - finally a song the ordinary man can relate too!

Yes nice, but on live versions I miss the original studio tone, with a little bit more gain, you know this crunchy strat tone you can hear on What it is, STP, The last laugh, Small Potatoes and 80's recordings.

Nowadays, I found Mark's tone "binary" : Drive Tones on les Paul, and clean tones on Strat a la Hank Marvin.
But what I liked very much in 80's tones was tones between clean and drive : Ride across the river, TR, It never rains, and so on

Now you have beachcombing or Cleaning my gun, but no sound in between, or rarely (all the roadrunning, belle star, small potatoes)

Hey Mark, keep cranking your amp with your strat ! ;D

awesome version of STP was played at the Rockhall in Luxemburg in 2010, just listening to the Simfy recording. Brilliant...

For me, the best version is New Orleans 2001 with William Topley (though his voice doesn't fit to the song) and an extraordinary Sonny Landreth on slide guitar...
They got a name for people like you, yeh they do
And they got a name for people like me too

(Also Taylor's Raised Up Family is a nice song :thumbsup)

That's my favourite too.  Lovely solo at the end.
