Thank you for posting the link, it`s so great ! And again the cute feet-position  ;D , maybe it has something to do with holding the guitar ? I have to watch it again to understand everything....

Thanks for sharing this, nice! The link between a privateer and a touring musician is interesting. Not something I would ever think about :)
...Well, he's a big star now but I've been a fan of his for years. The way he sings and plays guitar still bring me to tears...

Nice EPK

I hope its included in the dvd that goes with the box, not as happened with the Get Lucky EPK. We had many videos in the different cds and dvds, but none of them was the EPK, that was released in a site, but never included in any of the GL editions...
You might get lucky, now and then

Too bad the download from the site only shows 10 minutes. Anybody a better download program for .flv files? I tried a couple but neither downloads the complete 12 minutes.

I remember a report about the release of GL at  german tv  "Titel Thesen Temperamente" in 2009 and today I sent an email to them asking, if and when they will talk about Privateering...let`s hope that they will answer soon...

Thank you thank you for bringing this up!

You just made my day. All this little things like snippets, EPK, etc.. play a very important part in the time before a new album release.

Can't wait!  ;)

 ;D ;D ;D

I am totally flabbergasted about his story of Haul Away: He is telling exactly the Patrick O'Brian story (from the Master And Commander movie), which I had in mind, when I started several threads about this awesome song... wow...

It is in fact one of my all time favourite movies... (it really is...)

I love to discover these new little snippets in this video, the intro of Yon Two Crows, and have you realized how different the instrumental part of Privateering sounds? Very percussive... And a little slower... I like it! And you can hear the "Hey! Hey! HeyHeyHey!" background singing there... funny!

So this day brought the EPK, AAAAAAAND the track lengths!!!!

Does anyone else think Corned Beef City sounds just like Tall Order Baby?
