I need some help of the english-native-speaker (or the members who speak a better english than me, must be a lot  ;) ). At 11:40 Mark tells us, that he admires toughness in people, and ?? resiliance, bresiliance  ;D I don`t understand Mark  :(

Hi Mona,
You had it just about right.

 My take on it is: Mark speaks of admiring toughness and resilience in people - meaning that he admires people who bounce back from adversity and have the grit to persist through life even when it is tough.

Yes I did, and indeed it is!! Nice from you to think of me!!  ;) However, we had this video for a few days now, and I watch it on a daily base on the Universal site. Is it still on? Thanks however to Jeroen for posting it here! Is this better quality?
