Thinking i was the one who found this article on the web and posted it on the tour 2015 section. Now reading all you're replies here on the post from Dutchessy really gives me a  feeling 
Hoping for some official news soon but i think it probably will be this week or the next. Anyway, will be surfing the net every now and then for some new dates and if i found one i will post it... 
Oh, and we all know one song from the new album now. A song called tracker

I was under the impression that two newspapers named the new name album of MK but ofcouse this was about the two tourdates we have so far and the one from Germany also mentioned the name off the new album, Tracker, with a releasdate early 2015.

On an African safari, a 'tracker' sits on a small seat that juts out from the 4x4 (Jeep, Toyota etc) to read the spoor (tracks and other signs) of wildlife in the area. Could be a great album title as the tracker seeks lions, elephants, rhinos, maybe even rabbits (not that they'd survive long). The imagery and themes of survival could be endless!
Note to Pottel - could you please edit my (real) name which I see no one does and change it to "Tracker"?

Interesting.  Mark seems interested in wildlife conservation and (I think) is patron to a couple of charities involving the rhino and elephant.  This may be the theme of the title track, indeed album (African/tribal).

Hmmm... if tickets are going on (general public) pre-sale on September 26, shouldn't markknopfler.com offer the tickets prior to Sept. 26?

According to the Norwegian ticket provider Billettservice, Mark will play at DNB Arena 8th June 2015. Ticket on sale from 26th September
