Mark Knopfler owns a recording studio in British Grove, Chiswick, London, so probably if you write there, the letter will arrive. Also PCM adress (his management) would be fine. They moved a year ago or so, so the adress that was known has changed.

I actually dropped off a letter with his PA outside British Grove over the summer and was promised she would pass it on.
Never heard anything back (not of course expecting to) so I'll never know whether he actually read it or not!!!
