It used to be relatively easy on my PC to capture audio but on a Mac it's near impossible.  The sound card settings are quite restricted.  Never captured streaming video though.

It's actually possible to do it, I will DM you the program I use for it, I have a Mac too:-) You're right about the sound card settings, it's difficult but it's possible! Did cost me a complete afternoon to figure it out though ;D
