Personally I like this official promo picture best.  The colours create the atmosphere very harmoniously and peacefully.  Gray haired MK in black with his yellow brown Gibson and gold marriage ring in a green background, I want to make a framed poster and hang it on the wall.  It would be great if anyone could find me this promo picture in high resolution.  Thanks in advance.

Me too, allen. I have a picture of Mark from this photoshoot hanging on a refrigerator in my parents flat more than 10 years already.

The highest resolution I can get is from 'Trawlerman's Song' EP on which I deleted the title:
