Does anyone else agree, that on current form, the Final could be between England & France?

 :lol

When I saw the title of the thread I was going to suggest these 2 teams as finalists!  ;D

 :lol

Still hoping England will go through to the 2nd round though, and after that, anything can happen...

I know that if France can pass this tour this will make big buzz in my country.

They are getting weird times but I still support them - what does not kill you make you stronger.

Unfortunately tomorrow I won't be able to see the game so they have to win - and get lucky - so I can see at least another one.

They're coming home, they're coming home, they're coming, England's coming home...

I hope not, World Cup will be boring without a British team to support but the Algeria match was painful to watch, I had to drink lots of beer just to get through it. ;)

England were so bad Adrian Chiles was having kittens at half-time.  Well it was either the game or he had just found out what Christine Bleakley was going to be getting payed! :lol

The world cup is just going to prove that the premiership has dropped way down the rankings in the best leagues of Europe list - they may be one of the best paid groups of footballers but they are miles behind the likes of Brazil when it comes to skill, natural ability & heart. :o Dont get me wrong I like to see England or one of the uk countries involved as you can associate with the players etc but man have they been shocking on & off the pitch this time, over paid under achieving :o :o
Bobby Moore RIP must be turning in his grave to have some of these fellows mentioned in the same newspaper as him.England will still go through to the next phase but who knows after that ::) ::) ::) Brazil to win it :P :P

A lot of sense said there.  I say this every week when I go to the football fed up the the English commentators bumming about their own league when most British grown players have generally been workmanlike over the years.  Don't like Brazil though;  bunch of diving, cheating b******!  Argentina have the best players for me and if they win I get
"I'm playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order."

Thank god those french b.....ds are gone! Now the World Cup will be just fine and interesting. Couldn't stand that behaviour not for a second anymore.
I had a good laugh when Zidane criticized the team with "The world will remember two things about the World Cup 2010: The winner and this bad behaviour." I laughed really loud, because everything the world (outside Germany) will remember from 2006 is the winner and Zidane kicking his head into another one's stomach... Ridicoulus. But as Al Bundy always said: "It is wrong to be a frenchman!"

Oh, boy, just kidding

a little bit   ;)
