We are getting closer to the total of 30 songs that the band have prepared for this tour. Do you think that the list might get even longer? Not that I'm not happy, it is just so exciting not to know if there will be a new song, and I want that to continue after they have played the 30 songs Guy mentioned Can the band handle a new song in the setlist that hasn't been played during rehersals?

It's not MK-like to play a song they didn't rehearse, but we'll see what's coming next

And there is still that possibility that after these first shows we will get more and more stable setlist. Who knows...

They could easily play one that they did last year if they wanted.  That wouldn't require any rehearsal - just a bit practice in soundcheck.

One thing I have noticed though, is that the new songs sound so much better than they did last year;  more polished and far more energy.  Makes for a far better sound and I'll bet it seems even better actually at the concert because the audience feed of the energy from the stage (and vice-versa).

If I'm not mistaken, in 2010 Guy mentioned that SFFTC had been rehearsed.
So why not ?
Among the rehearsed songs in 2008 were also: Setting me up (would be gorgeous), OES ('nuf said), The man's too strong (I would faint...)
