MK has released his albums many many times four or five or even six months before the first concert of the tour. He doesn't care about these things as his tours rarely promote the album. Also it is common for many artists to start pre-sale very early, sometimes one year before the tour start. I think it's crazy but that's the way these things happen.

A release at September 11th would be an insult to president DJ Trump and all American citizens, MK is smart he won't do that. The USA won't thank MK to release on that date.
