...is a great album with not a single bad song on it. Saw her live last Sunday and was so impressed by her personality that I will see her again in Groningen in June.
She released a Limited Deluxe Box of her new album which I like very much. Automatically compared it with Mark's boxes and think she did a great job..well priced with 35 Euro.. really I mean "really" great pictures in a sleeve, hand written lyrics and a 25 min DVD with real live acoustic versions of seven album tracks.. Highly recommended. Great songs, less Pop than on earlier albums. Good lyrics all written by herself. Go see her live if you have the chance!

Are you sure about Bob? Couldn't find anything about it. Would show that Bob and I have something in common.

Cool. I only read about Amy Winehouse and how he saw her.

First thing that sprung to my mind was: Dylan doing a triple heart bypass operation! I'm almost sure it doesn't imply that though!

Q:Some of your opening acts and co-bills, even very big names, have expressed disappointment that you don’t hang out or socialize on the road. Why is that?
A:Beats me – why would they want to hang out with me anyway? I hang out with my band on the road.
By the very same reason they want to open or co-bill with him?
I can´t stand this demigod...

When you invite someone to tour with you, socialize with them at least a little is just a matter of respect. I find his answer quite unrespectful with them...
It's like you invite someone to go with you for a walk and spend the walk ignoring him...

This interviewer knows his job indeed... he had one of the best interviews with Mark, too: http://members.tripod.com/~Dire_Straits/interview.html
And what about Bob's answer? I think it's great. If I were him, I'd rather not socialise with anybody. Why? See the recent Bill Wyman show.

I love this sentence: "I don't believe in perfect, I just don't believe that. There's so many ways to do any song, perfection's just a cloud in the air." Pretty much how you should look at life :-)

Bob's answer shows, if any, a very healthy view on himself. I think it even makes him a sympathetic guy.
