Ahh, The duet version - Very nice indeed. Was that based on the Everlys or MK & Emmylou?
Oops, dmg posted before I'd finished editing ! ;D

Eew, I hated that. This is much better.

It was based on Knopfler/Harris version indeed, but they based arrangement on the version by Evs. Voicings pretty much identical, but key much higher.

I know mark had the Everlys style in mind when he wrote Why Worry, but yes, I was a bit disappointed when I actually heard their version.
As you say - this is better.

Thanks, our guitar player thinks the same

Coincidently, I listened to WW from the Billies only last night (1998 version). First time in yonks because it's not exactly my favourite Knopfler penned song.

Well what shall I say. Great as usual. She is great too. Phantastic voice I could listen to for hours. Much better than Ruth Moody for example. And lovely looking Lady, too! :o

Thanks again, foma, I loved it, especially as this is one of my favourite MK songs! :)

Really great foma!

Thank you! It was a lot of fun :)

I find this version a bit too fast.
But nice voice.

Absolutely right, we rushed it a bit, but it always happens time to time... Thanks!
