Title: Wanted!!!! Tour pins

This topic should probably be moved to a new category, and given its own topic.  But I thought I'd start here, and leave it to the admins to create a new topic, if they want.

Stupidly, I have decided that I would like to add tour pins to my collections.   I have only two:  the golden heart and the KTGC.   If anyone has any extra to sell or to trade for multiple recordings, I would be ultra grateful!

I have a "pin" (we call them badges here, "Pins, Posters, Stickers and Tshirts" doesn't have the same ring to it  :) ) from the 96 tour, it's in the shame of the National and has "Mark Knopfler" written down the neck of the guitar.

I've kept it somewhere so safe that I have absolutely no idea where it is.

My brother in law gave my sister a pair of lovely diamond earrings years and years ago.  She immediately put them someplace safe, and hasn't seen them since.

Marie, I didn't notice any pins for sale at Berkeley. Did I miss them? I did get a keychain, but I would have loved a pin. I haven't looked on any of the obvious sites, but I'd like to find one of them; my first solo concert...hopefully not the last!

There were, indeed, pins/badges.   Little grey jobs with the red bike on them.

IrisRose, on the MK.com site store, there is a Shangri La package including a coffee mug, keychain and guitar pin for $8.99 -- cheaper than all that stuff would have been at the concerts, I think.

Thanks for the info.   I went there, and the package is out of stock.  I'll write to the store and see if they have a pin/badge left.

I didn't think about that, Knopflerized.  I thought of how nice you were to check it out for me!    Even though the set is out of stock, a pin is left.  So, thanks to you, I will have it!
Even if there were no pins left, you still did a lovely thing in looking and telling me about it.  :-*
