You don't know you're born
« on: December 02, 2008, 02:57:45 PM »
Please, could some fan (Polish or not) confirm me that the song "You don't know you're born" was released as Promo CD single in Poland? Thanks.
Slavi, maybe you? ;)

Great, Waldo! I have never heard about it. Is that version different from the album's one?

No, it's the same version as on the album
The front cover picture is the same as on the Quality Shoe single, but with another title of course  :D

An even more rare item from the TRPD I have is a 1-track promo "The Ragpicker's dream" from Austria

One of my favourite MK tracks, great driving beat from Chad.

It is certainly one of my favourites along with "Old Pigweed" and  "Marbletown".   :)  Great album, my favourite!

Well Old Pigweed and Marbletown are two of my least favourites from RPD!

I like Marbletown as a song, but I don't think it's a very good version on the album, it doesn't sound like a good quality recording to me.

The title track would be my least favourite from the album as a whole though. Cayote is good in theory but the cheesy synth horns ruin it.

I like all the songs, except Coyote, but my favorites of that album are:
Hill Farmer's Blues, Daddy's Gone To Knoxville, Quality Shoe and Old Pigweed!  ;D

I've always loved Daddy's Gone to Knoxville.

It was gone by the time the tour came to Edinburgh.  :'(
