I was just pondering whether Phil Cunningham will be joining Mark on stage in Glasgow again next year and it led me into thinking about other guest stars at other gigs.  Maybe Putin in Moscow?  No, seriously maybe you have thoughts about the RAH shows because they've had guests before.  I think someone mentioned Chris Botti.

Well, there was Joe Brown at the RAH in 2008.

In particular I was thinking that since this album contains songs with guests and other instruments, then maybe a special guest would allow one of these to be played live.
