MK's daughter has been fronting a campaign to get her Dad to perform at Glastonbury-possible DS reunion?

She removed her post from the Glasto chat facebook page afyer the press picked up her post. They are speaking about Knopflergate there.

I think it is good to read he has been asked twice but for whatever reasons he does not want to play over there. :think.

I understand Mark standing on the matter.
I mean what would have been his point in disbanding Dire Straits and ending collaboration with Ed Bicknell?
In others words, Glasto would have been the perfect place for a DS music revival and this is exactly what Mark does not want.
We have been aware these later years that the only times Mark accepts to play the DS game is for private/corporate shows.

The interview is true. But when talking to "DS" he did not mention exactly "who" (and remember that DS has officially disbanded).
