That's exactly what happened to me Nico. Sometimes someone hits you just in your heart.

well, I've always been in love with MK's music.
No matter what musicians around him, even if they added a lot of important stuff, no question.
But drummers (and bassists) are best when they aren't noticed (as it was obviously the case before DC...) ;)

He was IN PHASE with Mark. Same feeling, same class, same everything.

That's well said. I think that's it. He played longer with him than any other drummer. He was with him 1991, on GH 1996, 2000 he played in the studio as well... real band mate. If there is something like that in Mark's world...

Finally we have found someting to disagree about ;-)
I love Glenn playing bass. Actually I love it more when I notice him playing. Not every song, but every now and then it's nice to say.... wow, did you hear that bass. Same with drums. We will have to have a couple of bottles of wine to discuss this ;-))))

LOL ;D
Well, I do agree about the "every now and then".
But these should be rare moments. I love those moments about Glenn, too!

And, yes,  :hmm I had no such moment with IT...

Strange statement which I'd tend to disagree with. Did you say plenty of wine Ingrid?  ;)

Believe me, I didn't chase him (and I wouldn't have)!

I do believe you MOAT no worries ;)

Oh when he starts drumming at the end of Privateering (the song) - the 2011 versions are all great... for example here:

from 5:05 on, quite simple, but with very much effect.. Liked it from the beginning!  :)

This one is really brilliant. Amongst lots of other moments SaN has been played, but this video really shows the moments of DC

Yes some bottles with MOAT to discuss this. Don't worry I also love beer. But I already made an appointment with MOAT to have some nice wines somewhere during this tour. So a good excuse to drink some more ;-)

Yep, I remastered it with the soundboard recording of that night. Even more brilliant.

Check the DVD from Boston 2005 - same song - if you have it - Brilliantissime!!!!

I will check Nico, I have it somewhere. At this moment also watching Paul Simon on dutch TV, Nederland 3. Documentary about Paul Simon, Graceland. Good interviews in between, exactly telling the emotions of how this album went to see daylight. I love it
