My guess would be it is some sort of compromise... maybe the new US deal asked for promo work, maybe even a proper tour, and MK is too exhausted after the last tour (still) and says yes but only some small shows, one week, not more.. He might have put his inner focus on new stuff already... writing and planning to go to the studio within the next few weeks/months... Maybe a radio broadcast is involved so the promotion would multiply... but you are right, we will know soon enough..
