When I tried to order the box from Amazon Spain they gave me a delivery date of 22 or 23 of November so I cancelled it and will go on Friday to Valencia and buy it at Fnac or MediaMarkt...

I also got an e-mail that they sended the CD deluxe version (not the box yet)  :clap ;D. I ordered it by Cede.ch. I live (and work) since a half year in Switzerland, lets hope they deliver fast  :lol

Have anyone pre-ordered deluxe LP box set from MK.com? It's asking for $28 for shipping to TX, USA. That's ridiculous!

I would recommend if someone received it for Friday! In Holland we probably only receive on Friday. No idea when the digital slots are released? Shortly at 00.00 hours? Then it's New Zealand's first turn  ::).

I asked if the download code included 20 tracks with "back in the day" and he/her answered "yes that's it"
I don't know hime/her personnally, so I don't have any more details
