Forgive me for saying but why register for a fan (die hard fans, here)  forum when you describe a lot as terrible? Maybe you can upload something from your own music, which is obviously described as musically 10/10, or a masterpiece. Maybe you can send mark some lyrics or so, so he can write better songs since he's just started making music and playing the guitar.

You don't have to like everything, but I find it irritating 10/10 when I come here and read things like terrible, poor etc. Thats not what I registrerd for, in 2008.

Thank you very much.

I'm entitled to an opinion just as you are. I am a diehard fan who loves MK but this album is not for me, there's just nothing in it. I have no motivation to hear the majority of the tracks live. I won't bother expressing opinion again if the response is just  "send your own lyrics" or "upload your own music".

Perhaps I should say - best ever, great guitar solos, epic lyrics, wonderful melodies. Unfortunately I am not deluded, although I wish I was as I wanted a good album :-/
absolutely. everyone their opinion, negative or positive. did i mention that I love the album and the bonus songs??
any Knopfler, Floyd or Dylan will do....

A part from Gravy Train, The Long Highway and Follow the Ribbon, I don't think any   MK b-sides have been worthy of album proper. That also goes for Millionaire Blues and Kingdom Come from On Every Street. One Every Street is my all time favourite album.

Hopefully i'll like these extra tracks to bolster up Tracker.
man what ARE you saying? ?MB and Kingdom Come were awesomeamazing!
always used to love them...sshush now!

It's Oklahoma Ponies you are talking about  ;) It's written wrong at the Box set. Time will end all sorrow is the last song.

oh man

you are telling me they made an error while producing the box

-.-

Yes, they switched Oklahoma Ponies and Time Will End All Sorrow and printed it wrong on the bonus cd sleeve. I had to edit the numbers of the song topics in this forum this morning due their fault!  ;)

So we thought for 5 minutes the rock song was Time Will End All Sorrow... and it was Oklahoma Ponies  :lol

I have just listened to the last 2 songs I was missing, the 2 extra songs from the Box,
for a total of 7 extra songs from the basic 1cd

Is the album on the first cd or on these 7 extra songs ?

it's quite unbelievable what has been left out of the album

he should have just released a 2cd like Privateering
Exactly, and it's only a marketing strategy. For me it is ONE album, and i will put the playlist together, and it's ok.
@LE thanks for your 2nd review, quite touching. I hope that i've the weekend to start thinkin thoroughly about every single song. Your spin towars Skydiver is quite interesting!

My wife listened to it for the first time tonight. She loves alot of music and appreciates MK. Halfway through the second listen she said its full of strong melodies. For me thats high praise. She especially loves Basil and Ruth Moody's voice with MKs.
