Title: The Dire Straits Experience
Post by: naif on March 07, 2017, 02:59:07 PM
I came across this concert a few days ago when I was on YouTube. The guitarist is extremely passionate and successful, especially before 1985. The vocal is not bad at all. I think it was in the band The Straits. Alan Clark is not here now. Unpretentious but quite fun performance. For those who want to watch:

I saw them live twice. Great band if you want to relive the Dire Straits songs. Terence Reis does a really good job playing and singing Mark's parts. Don't expect Mark/DS and you'll have a great night! The keyboards aren't great though.
Terence is also a nice guy btw. Going to see the band again later this year!

Actually Chris White and Chris Witten play as well and are lovely too.
