Which part of "Filming is NOT allowed anymore" don't you understand?

Another good one... RAH policy says "no photos and no audio recording allowed", the MK policy says that when the venue policy says other different thing, they stick to the venue
You might get lucky, now and then

You won't stop people filming, there will always be some who think the policy doesn't apply to them for valid reasons in their eyes (I stand at the back so I don't disturb, I make beautiful DVDs and share them, I am filming for my 98 year old granny who couldn't make the show because she broke her leg rollerblading yesterday, etc). That's a shame because if the policy is not respected, they might decide to enforce it....

Now I'm off to buy a new video camera, any tips? I am going to film the next show I am attending. (The policy doesn't apply to me of course, I am the President!  ;D)

You should not buy a new video camera. Expensive, useless and disappointing object.
I was very excited to buy one a few days before the KTGC tour.
Finally, I did not use it as often as expected. Not worth the money. ;)

Hi Tunnel85,  We did the same thing as you, we bought a new digital video camera in 2008, especially for the KTGC tour and haven't used it yet!   A waste of money!   :(
Goin' into Tow Law....

sorry, I made a mix between my own recording and the simfylive recording. The noise is on the SBD. I think it was an instrument but I don't what it is.

I think this is a "drone" from the uilean pipes. :)

You can hear how they tune their fiddles during all the recordings also...

Oh boy. Somebody brought up this whole filming affair to Guy's forum... Have a look...
I do not like that way that this AMIT forum is now connected with this stuff...

It seems it is too hot over Europe...   :disbelief :disbelief :disbelief ??? ???

I'm not surprised at all. Do some people really think their impudent attempts (and some are really, really impudent) will remain undiscovered?
Well done, if this goes on, we will never ever see an official DVD. I mean, I can understand why fans cling to every straw due to the lack of official video material and I'm not sure if I wouldn't watch a nicely made fan DVD myself but... Some things just go too far.

Yeah, not so great.  :-\

Well, all publicity is good publicity I suppose and can I welcome any new people who read about our forum over at Dr Fletch. :)

For the avoidance of doubt, can I just state for the avoidance of doubt that we here at AMIT do not condone or encourage the filming of shows against MK's wishes or breach of copyright in any way. :)

Maybe you should post it to Guy's forum! Could be a good idea. What do you think?
