I found this youtube video from VH1 classic and it seems that the sound has been cleaned up compared to all the live broadcast I kown
1) Is it the only unofficialy released song of this concert that has been rebroadcasted by them?
2) Does this broadcast is available in audio CD and/or video DVD quality among the community?

This was first broadcast some time ago now (not sure when). I'm sure it must be available on DVD somewhere but I don't have it as I don't think the sound is any better than the other best version I have and I already have so many "best" versions! ;D

Anyway not my fav...
Too heavy guitar, too slow, sax a bit strange...
Alchemy and Live Aid are both way better as official versions

I prefer this one to Live aid

The only thing I can't cope with is the synth on the first part. Even if not my favorite version, still a very good one.
One day this full set will be officialy released in pristine quality.

Hi, about this Mandela's SOS version: have you noticed a subtle note at 9,35 9,36 9,37 and a pearl at 9,41?
at 9,41 Mark does what he has never done before(and after)

Yes. Not the best he ever played it and nowhere near the best version as far as I'm concerned. In fact, quite a poor version.

Always thought Alchemy, Wembley and Mandela are among top 5.
BIA from Mandela pierces my heart every time.
Not to mention "the talk" in the middle of Sultans between to magnificent couple (did MK "take" Ec's planned solo?...).
As someone said "You can be cool. But you will never be "Clapton playing rhythm for you" cool."

The Mandela SOS is very classy imo, as basically anything from that concert

My opinion:
WoL - ruined by EC
SoS - tame, too laid back and didn't nail the twiddly bits
R&J - slack playing on the National
MFN - poor guitar tone
SR - as above
BIA - great version but I've probably turned it off after his speech before it

dmg,
This version was played for the 2nd time (after rehearsal) with the Pensa mk1. It sounds different from the schecter tratos and fender stratos
I was a flawless gig. Mark,s best SOS versions are fron 1985 to 1988.
This final solo twist at 9,41 was brilliant
I respect your opinion.

As EC helped mark when Jack abandoned the band , he played WOL solos with his style, I did not like it too. Mark's intro rithm, and red schecter telecaster sound were great
SOS: there must be other member who do not believe it. This version was more alike OES tour versions than BIA and LOG tours. BIA versions were faster.
R&J has been the same all through
BIA: is at the best 3 ever
MFN and SR: regular

I know the twist you mean and it is pretty cool, however there is a greenie just before it.
