I found this on Youtube. I never heard it before. I'm sure
the people here can give me more info about it. What is this?
Which year?

Part 3 is with a German voice, about Prince Charles. So is it from a documentary?

British tv station ITN broadcasted "In Private - In Public: The Prince and Princess of Wales" in the year 1988. Mark recorded the music in 1987: The tracks are available on several bootlegs, for example on the "Rare Movie and TV Themes" that you can find on JvT's On Every Bootleg site.
