He managed to fill the gaps with a whistle whilst making Spanish music, that's what I call creative

It is no surprise that a whistle can be heard on the soundtrack. A very good example is the beautiful 'Tierra' CD with Vicente Amigo.

Evelyn Glennie is a percusionist.

If she is "only" a percussionist why is she given equal billing on the album?  Did she write some songs too?  Do we know how many?  There is so much we don't seem to know about this album, or so much I don't know anyway!

She composed all the percussion part of the soundtrack, which is very important according to Guy and Morena Films, one of the film producers.

Thanks.  That's a bit clearer in my mind now.  So I guess they worked on those songs that have percussion together then and those having no percussion will be Mark solo.
