Actually, if someone downloads this could they see if it is actually 16:9? The earlier realease was 4:3 letterbox rather than real 16:9.

Doesn't look like it is 16:9 :

Is there any legal problem to download this DVD (Hurlingam 2009), given the fact that it is available for pay per view on I-concerts ? I am more than willing to pay, but most irrated to have to pay per view, not once for all !

I recorded this show off the TV when it was on the Biograpgy Channel here in the UK.  I sent a DVD to Val and copies were made and distributed.  Im sure there will be a copy floating about meaning you dont have to pay - isnt it on the tracker?

Yes, it is available on Dime - see dusty's link above - and it is also available on the tracker called "A Friendly Night in London" but Herlock is worried it may not be a legal download because it is available on i-Concerts.  Using i-Concerts he would have to pay everytime he watched the concert.

I don't know - is it a legal download?    :-\

I suppose technically if it's available on i-concerts then it is copyright material and downloading from Dime may/i] be breach of copyright. I'm not a lawyer though. :)

It may but I think we are one the crossing line as on one hand Dime do not prevent to share a live show as long as it has been recorded from free-broadcast feed (for example DS Nimes 1992) albeit broadcasted by pay tv on selected countries. On the other hand they do fordid sharing material that had a theatrical release even if otherwise it has never been commercialy released.
i-concerts broadcasts are a VOD pay-stream service so which hand does it rely to, pay television or theatrical release?
