How exactly does the ticket pickup system work? For every concert you have to pickup your ticket at the day of the show at the venue? Did that work properly without any problems during last tours? It's my first time using the official (pre-)presale on markknopfler.com  ;)
With this new system i believe they will send you tickets by e-mail or am i wrong here??

Ticket pick up is easy: travel to the Venue bring your passport and you will het the tix you ordered.
As easy as that, so No e-mail tix sent

sorry if I'm asking already answered questions, but do you know the difference between the fair admission system and the classic presale system ?

I used the presale on MK website for the last 2 tours, and I've enquired for seats with the fair admission system this time.... Do we know which system will have the best seats ?

Thanks for your help  :wave

Previously the best seats were given to those who were fastest on buying tickets (however, I am not sure if they started front row center or from the side). Now they said that they will draw the seats. Let´s see.

I believe that the fair admission system has hopefully all the best seats, but now the seats are given randomly to participants.

No. The classic presale will get the remaining (if any) tickets after the fair admission sale.
You might get lucky, now and then

Yes, but they will draw the seats in 2-3 weeks. Will they do it for ALL seats (fair admission + normal presale), or fair admission first, and then normal presale.

We will not know  ;)

Yes. Fair admission first, and then the presale, and after the general sale.

Yes, should be. It looks still possible to change ticket selections strange enough.

24.00 PDT and PST are over.
Hopefully they will get it sorted out before the old presale start Oct 29th otherwise it will cause confusion.
