RIP Chuck! What a life. I totally recommend to read as many interviews with this man as possible, the guy was 100% honest with this world.

Chuck Berry influenced so many musicians, even MK with "Two Young Lovers" and certainly The Beatles.   When I heard the Beatles at The Cavern in 1961, Chuck Berry songs were always part of their set list.   RIP the founder of rock 'n roll, Chuck Berry.

Of course he influenced MK, DS even performed Nadine. One of the very only non band track performed.

I'm sure Nadine is the only known non-M. Knopfler/DK penned song to be played by DS.  This shows that he was held in high esteem by Mark IMO.  Of course the Hillbillies played many others but DS... :think
