Newcastle or Edinburgh?
« on: August 14, 2008, 12:11:40 PM »
Are there any releases of the Newcastle or Edinburgh shows on the horizon?

The reason I ask is because these were of course the only live performances of Secondary Waltz.

They also just happened to be great shows in general.

I'm pretty sure Martina recorded Newcastle anyway.

I feel guilty about not recording them now, but I assumed that other people with better equipment would be doing so.  :-\

I would love a copy of either or both shows.  They were both amazing - maybe one or both will surface soon!  David Perbal (Local Hero Site), mentioned on the tracker that he would be uploading the Edinburgh concert, but didn't say when.  I'm really looking forward to hearing it again!   :P

waiting for the full release, from David Perbal's site you can download, as "appetizer"  ;D, secondary waltz in Edinburgh (mp3 though). very good sound and very nice performance.

I was at the Newcastle gig with Dusty, and very lucky to be at the M&G with him as well. A GREAT gig.!!!!!!!!!!

BTW Dusty, you uploaded the M&G on file factory a while back. I downloaded it, but seem to have lost it. Is there any chance of uploading it again. :)

Interesting, I was just checking on Secondary Waltz today.    I think it was also played at RAH, third night.    I may have my nights wrong, but he did play SW one time.     Whoever can come up with a Newcastle or Edinburgh share would be a Local Hero on this forum.

Allen actually uploaded it to SC, are you a member Nigel? (If not, you should be!)

Not sure how to copy from YouTube.

Hi Nigel just go to:- http://keepvid.com/, after you have copied the video URL from the "more info" link in the drop down section on the right hand side of the you tube screen. You get instructions on what to name the files once they are downloaded and you may need to get a freeware FLV player also which is available on Keep vid's home page.
