My account doesn’t work anymore, can’t login, can’t reset my password. This whole thing is incredibly stressful! :-[

You need to register again and can use the same email address. Tried yesterday.

I have to think about this. It would be much easier if they could tell you now your seats.

Although I have been offered O2 tickets, I’m unsure whether to buy them, partly because of what strikes me as an outrageous set of extra fees, and partly because I’d rather go to the RAH anyway - and it doesn’t look like one can easily sell on unwanted tickets.

Charges for two tickets:-

Base Price: ₤120.00 GBP
Facility Fee: ₤3.50 GBP
Service Charge: ₤20.00 GBP
Transaction Fee: ₤5.00 GBP
Fair Admission Fee: ₤4.60 GBP
Total £153.10

So £60 per seat somehow becomes nearly £77.

What do all these extra charges mean?

Facility Fee?   Service Charge?    Transaction Fee?

Aren't they much the same thing?     :hmm

I'm under the impression that we are being cheated by MK.com...

In most of the venues they are not offering the first rows. In Barcelona I thought I was ordering the firsts rows of the arena and I ended with seats in stalls, sections 4-6 which means I have other three sectors before me... I bought them anyway as that concert is being held by ticketmaster and probably they had hidden the best seats before the sale to resale them in their second market, but this is frustrating...

The facilty fee is that they facilitate it for you to get your wallet in time.
The service charge is that they'll give you the service to get your wallet in time.
The transaction fee is that you transact money from your wallet in time.

Pure economics here  ;) ;) ;)

We ordered the CD from Virgin because we were supposed to get a code for presale tickets.   What on earth happened to them!   ???  Nothing!   A scam!    >:(

Have you spoken to Virgin about this, Val? There's something fishy about the whole ticket sale in general.

I might be stupid, but I don't understand. I clearly got not the best ticked that you can get. What it means? That somebody else will buy the best ticket, possibly on public sale. So what's the point of this system? Might as well just wait and buy the front row ticket lol. I don't get it.

In a nutshell — no discounts, no first row, no seat selection, no nothing. But a HUGE commission fee. Never seen 35 € fees in my life before. So you guys who got rejected consider yourself lucky, because I feel strange. I generally tend to find positive in everything, so an average ticket is not bad at all, but I just don't understand why bother to "pre-register" for the ticket if it's an average ticket. My mind is a blank.
Same feeling here. Mixed ones. Got a 'bad seat' for the high demanded Barcelona show. Im happy to attend,,but i dont understand why it is row 13 to 21. Row 1 to 12 cant be sold out with so much rejections.

In which sector? I got also that rows but in sector sg4-sg6 which is the stalls...

No

Stalls in front of the stage, with all the arena and sectors gs1 to gs3 in between.

Bad tickets, I got the same.

Still awaiting the almost inevitable rejection for the three tickets I requested for Birmingham. Can’t believe the number of people I am seeing getting rejected. I think they may have named this system ‘Fair’ Admission as some sort of joke.

Perhaps it should be renamed 'Fool's Admission.'

If this is going to be last MK tour, it would be remembered as the worst in terms of ticketing for fans...
