I've also seen the same picture, not so long ago on the front of a recently published book - unfortunately I can't remember the title or author
anyone else remember it?

 

Just found it -  The photo was also used as the book cover for two novels: The Marriage Artist by Andrew Winer (2010, Henry Holt & Company), and Ancient Light by John Banville (2012, Viking).)

Yes, that book, I know it. Colour version of the photo is interesting BTW. Here in Russia we have a tendency to remake old black & white flicks in colour...
