Maybe I'm just not so used to it. I'm a Strat man, but last year I rewired the thing to get the neck plus bridge combination. I use that combination only rarely, and then clean with tremolo (Twin Peaks stuff). Just don't feel it works that well with distortion because of the twanginess. But maybe it's just an acquired taste.
