That should be interesting ,everyone will have to bring their own chair ;D ;D ;D

Thank for answering but the question is currently very serious.
Our friends from MK.com presale ticket advertise the N

It's because they could not be bothered to change the standard email they send to everybody who has purchased a ticket through them. That would mean 2 different emails, would be too confusing for the "brains" sitting in that office!

Almost certainly the case.
But they gave me front row centre seats, so lets not be too hard on them. :)

Me too, but they also gave me somebody else tix first...and he was no front row!

hahahaha thats funny
looks like they are using the same general mails with everyone ;)
Also the people who bought tickets for Gredos (Avila) in Spain got that message, the funnf thing is the venue is at a big prairie in the forest, so it won

Su're whats the benefit of a pre-sale for a general admission gig ::) - if youre first or last to buy the ticket its the same thing ::).The others are correct on the email though as I remember receiving the same email in 08 for Dublin & that was general admission as well :o
-
The benefit of the pre-sale is you have to leave the queue to go to box office to collect your ticket and be back at the end of the queue ;D or buy ticket for friend and on the last minute be unable to attend leaving the others tickeless ;D

some people pay good money for that ;D

The pre-sale for general admission has no sense at all, as in this kind of shows, as soon you arrive the better place you have. If you have to wait until the box office opens, unless there is someone taking your place in the queue, you

mm, but maybe i will simply go to the back in amsterdam and make a nice movie :-)))))

Actually thats the better place, it has great acoustics, and if you are in the first row you can simply focus the cammera and let it record the whole show without worry about it ;D

If the floor is GA, why would you buy a ticket through the MK.com presale? Do the shows really sell out that fast in Europe? In the US, if you want to be a total ass, you can show up 10 minutes before the show starts and make your way to the front. Few will care.
-
In Holland shows sell out very fast. If you wait a couple of days it's sold out, at least the first show. But the 2nd night and 3rd night in Amsterdam is not sold out completely till now. But no need to buy at the presale but it's easy and fast and accessible for people all over the world because of the english language.
Don't worry about collecting the tix. We can do it before we queue or we queue and one by one we collect the ticket. The ones who visited A'dam before know that it's easy to go back to your original place after leaving to collect a beer, a snack or visit the toilet.

Yup that is right! ;D
As I told on Guy's forum I ordered tickets for Mark's concert in Amsterdam at Livenation and received them a few days later! I wonder if one of you already called the HMH and asked if tickets can be collected early in the midday instead when the doors open just before the show? ::)
Fieneke

I am pretty sure they know nothing from collecting tickets at HMH now. I will call the day before. I am pretty sure we can collect the tickets at least a couple of hours before the door opens. So we queue and then collect the tickets. But who knows, maybe the office opens early that day.

I emailed the website and they told me that the tickets would be released (at Newcastle Arena) on the evening of the show but like you say - I am going to have a word see if i can pick them up earlier or else i won't enjoy my pre-concert drinks!
