 :) Thanks to you all for your very kind thoughts and wishes. Been doing it tough for a few weeks since my upper back tore again twice and I haven't felt like doing much at all!! My family had arranged a trip to Melbourne this past week-end, back late last year, to cellebrate my birthday and full of pain killers and anti-infamatories we went and all had a great time!! Thank heavens for my two great families I am feeling a lot better today. My AMIT family is the other one!!!  :D

Bad to hear about your back, I wish I could personally stop that pain, but unfortunately I am not capable doing so. Hope it will be gone once!

 :) Thanks to all my AMIT family. Recovery from my flare up is slow but positive. My time here is great to take my mind off the stinker of a spine that I own at the moment.  :)
