hi guys
my name is peter and i am new on this forum,
my first (and only) dire straits concert was in rotterdam 1st of june 1992
according to oneverybootleg.nl (jeroen) 7 songs on the on the night album were recorded the 1st of june 1992! wich means that it is recorded the night i was there!!!
can anyone confirm this?? walk of life is from the 30 th of may and calling elvis, on every street,you and your friend,money for nothing ,brothers in arms.solid rock and wild theme
are supposed to be from the 1st of june...
anyone know??

ON THE NIGHT - WHICH TRACKS WERE RECORDED WHERE?
Lots of you have asked this question. I do have a list (below) which we think is correct. The problem lies in the fact that as soon as the tour was over, all the versions of the same song were put together on one tape, and so on for each song. We therefore had a complete tape of Calling Elvis, a complete tape of Walk Of Life, etc. etc. etc. When selecting the final choice for the album, only Guy kept a note of which version had been used and he can't find the note! This is therefore 'Guy's list from memory...'

In the DVD you can see some shots of the venues... But i can't reckonise the Rotterdam Feyenoord stadium... (de kuip) So, it's strange...
EDIT after research:
1994: Renovation of the stadium, therefore i didn't reckonise it, it looks totally different now.

They all wore exactly the same clothes for both concerts too! ;D

When you are going to record on video several songs from several different venues, its a logical thing to do ;D
