There is a feeling that always invade me after a tour, I use to call it "Tour hangover", that means after all the emotions, travels and etc that involve a MK concert(s), when it ends there is a strange feeling, like "its over", that all the excitement that you had during the last year (the tour anouncement, the presales, the waiting to the start of the tour, the waiting to your concert etc) filled a space in your life that now is empty.
Do any of you have a feeling like this?
In the last years, that kind of empty space was filled with the waiting of the start of the recordings of a new record (usually anounced around november / december), but this time there is a lot of silence, so the empty space in me (regarding MK music) still remains.

Yes, I've felt that void since April.

I usually feel that after a tour but it's been 5 months, I am over it now :) looking forward to things yet to happen.....

Yes, I've been suffering too, but have filled in the void a bit by watching the excellent Cordoba concert with HQ Audio and listening to the Get Lucky album/Simfy recordings. I'm looking forward to the BBC4 programme too and hoping for something exciting in 2011 :)

Today I spent the day finishing up my Christmas preparations since company will be arriving starting tomorrow and then the festivities will begin...
I was alone all day and blasted MK music throughout the house to help me get through the chores, and I really did feel empty because I miss him so much! I was overwhelmed by listening to his great music all day (haven't done that lately) ..... and I just miss hearing some NEWS that something is in the works :(
Empty space .... that's a good way to put it.

To forget that the 2010 MK tour is over I am on the road following Lady Gaga ;D
(I can't believe that Mark toured in 2010 - I already feel like it was ten years ago)

If I don't hear MK's voice for a day, I think I'm gonna die !!! Heck, I've been listening to nothing except MK for the past 2 years, every available moment, night and day !!
The MK's blues and empty feeling is mostly gone. I still remembered how painful it was. Now I keep myself busy by following up on the forum discussions and every MK related stuff.

Um hi there, long time no seen... Yes I still suffer from a tour hangover, although I've been quite busy lately... But the main thing is, I'm a little concerned because we haven't really heard any MK news since the tour was over... ???

Listened to some of the Manchester Simfy recording yesterday as I was driving my mum home from Christmas lunch.
What an amazing show. We were truly blessed to get all these great Simfy recordings, and Manchester is surely one of the best.

Yes, I think Manchester was one of the best. I feel very fortunate to have been there on the first row. :)
