All those excerpts between the interview are from that alternate tunnel of love video clip. I had it on video tape in the 80ies but have not seen it for ages. Does anyone remember it, I think a boy and a girl were trying to escape from some soldiers or something, with shots of the band in between, especially the outro was nice, showing Mark's red Schecter reflecting in the water. It does not seem to be on youtube, or can somebody find it there?

isn't it on the Dire straits the videos vhs?? i got it in my basement...

would that have been the first time he told the " i forgot you needed an amplifier" story? seems to find it very funny at that time..

Maybe!  You can see that he's developed it a little since then;  he's added the little joke about blowing up the radio now! ::)
