It sounds like the Schoeps source from the Ovens Auditorium, Charlotte, NC 7/28/08 show. That's just based on what I remember from listening to that tape three years ago, so don't hold me to that. It may be several sources mixed together, but I definitely hear the trademark loud "whooping" of an American audience in there. ::)

Yes, must be an American show(s). Song For Sonny Liston was only played in the last leg of the tour.

That was my initial impression too. There are two recordings of that show, both excellent. One contains Jesca Hoop opening as well.
