Actually, I have a problem finding this particular board. I didn't even know it was here until the "Levon Helm" thread was shifted and I could follow the link. Can it be accessed directly through the Home Page?
It's an honour, of course, but it isn't the first Presidential award that Dylan has received. He got a Kennedy Award from Bill Clinton.
Some see it as a prelude to a Nobel Peace Prize, which a bunch of people have been proposing for years.
