Is 1600x1600 pixels good enough?

The artwork is nothing more than the cover with a number.

the booklet pics are very cool.
at first, I thought that pic behind Gator blood and Bluedbird lyrics was Mark's 61 strat, but the body looks very worn.
So I think it's rather the 62 bass, the one that Glenn WXorf used for KTGC if memory serves
The headstock on the next page is for sure Mark's 61

I am a little bit disappointed by the package - it is crafted very nice (I only have the Deluxe version - it is like a book, very nice. I have some Blu Ray packages in the same style) . But no liner notes at all, only the usual thank-you's. Not even a pic of Mark or the band. What are all the great promo pic's for I wonder (yeah I know, promo..).. And Guy mentioned more than once that every song has his own story and so on. And I was just expecting a little more.
Doesn't affect the quality of the album though.  :D

28th August 2012 - Our very own AMIT member Rail King asked Guy Fletcher:

Hey Guy - in the German edition of "Rolling Stone" magazine, I read that Mark bought that van for the Privateering album cover, and that the cover pic was shot on his own land. True?

G. Fletcher's answer:

Mark did buy the van specifically for the photo-shoot and we are using it to cart the back-line gear around Europe for the European tour (2013). I believe Mr. saggers has offered to drive.

I interpreted that as pure sarcasm - or as a try to be funny...

On 8th September 2012, Dan SW3 (also AMIT member??) asked about the album cover:

So can you now reveal the story behind it?

Guy Fletcher's answer this time:

Not much of a story, Mark bought a van, removed a wheel or two and put it in a field to 'age' a bit. The a photographer came along. The van will be used at some point I'm sure.

Is anyone else also irritated by these two answers?

I can't imagine he was serious about using the van on tour. But what I find even more interesting than the van is the piece of land where the photo was taken. I'd really like to know where that is ...

You buy an old broken down van, take some old worn out tyres and put them in a wood to "age" as Guy put it.  Isn't that fly-tipping? ???

Anyone able to provide an image of the booklet inside pages? I'm trying to track down the lyrics and thank-you's etc.
