Spotify says Music Bank London 2011.  I don't have my deluxe edition yet though (thank-you very much HMV >:() so maybe someone else can shed some light on the actual date...

I would presume prior to the Dylan tour though.

The studio is Music Bank London, www.musicbank,org.
Rehearsals took place according to Guy Fletcher's diary in Sept.: In the 5th Oct. 2011 entry he states that "only 2 weeks ago, the band assembled for rehearsals in the usual location in East London." , so second half of September. Richard Bennett posted on Sept. 24th, "I don't want to sound boastful, but honestly we could do a show tonight just after this week of playing together again."
So rehearsals obviously took place from 19.09 until 02.10., at least that's my guess.
I think we won't get any closer to the exact date.
All the Deluxe Edition says is: Bonus disc live from rehearsals. Recorded by Dave Dixon. That's all. Maybe you should ask Guy! He will be happy to answer these kinds of questions!!!  ;D

I've only heard it once on Spotify (don't have my copy yet) but from memory it was instructions to Jim that he can play a little more if he wants.  I remember at the time thinking Jim was criticised on here for not being loud enough on STP by some members.

In the beginning of WAM everybody seems to wait for Guy so he has to say "sorry" - I love how Mark pronounces "oh, you are ready"... I think it is not easy all the time to work with him in general...

And I don't get the meaning of the words to John "Hey John are you twice round?" or something, could someone explain this, please?
