Title: Ticketmaster bookings for the 2013 UK concerts
Post by: erknorea on September 05, 2012, 10:38:17 AM
 >:( I have just spent the last 40 minutes on hold to purchase tickets ( previous purchasers pre - sale ) for either Cardiff or Birmingham ( two separate phones ) Why on the phone - so I can discuss where the seats are to be with the event agent and not get given the crappiest seats in the house.

0844 number - cost a fortune - still no tickets had to hang up - cant afford the phone bill - Not a happy bunny Mr Knopfler - Can you do something about it please ......

why not still try the mkcom site? presale still ofers  you the best seats, they may no longer be the first or second row, but you are guaranteed to have "close to stage" seats somehow...no harrassing with some ripp off phoneline..

Ever heard of presale at markknopfler.com?
You don't know the seats but when you book early most of the time they are really good.

Online at ticketmaster or something you should be able to book and choose seats on a map too.

Thanks for the MK site recommend - first time I have used this - got ticket (one) for Birmingham - so happy at that.

Didn't think fair seats would be available - even though some blocks were at the back of the NEC - as expected, still hayho away we go !!
