It's interesting how certain things never leaves your mind, and that the words of the "supposedly educated man" made its way into a song 20 years later.

It is the same old story. They are spending billions to research if there is intelligent life in the universe and any kind of life form in inhospitable planets, when there is obviously no intelligence on the earth and we exterminate whatever magnificent and complex life forms we have here.

The real shame of this whole situation is that in order to protect these magnificent animals..we have to fence them in to protect them..from us. They would no longer have the freedom of being wild. What we as a species are doing to this planet is criminal. We may find intelligent life out there..the real question is whether they would consider us to be intelligent.

I think it's unusual and quite astonishing to get this message from Mark himself: The fact that he obviously chose this way of release (internet) and chose the pictures himself are quite surprising for me - in a good way! Second time within a few months that MK really gives some OPINION after the Pussyriot thing.

I really feel honored to be one of those who he addressed it to, if you know what I mean. It seems he asked TK to spread it via MKNews?

I don't think (am sure) MK asked TK to spread it out. He must have asked it PC and PC let TK the job  :P

Ok then. You are probably right.

But would you agree that the complete message itself was written by MK himself, including chosing the pictures?

It must be Mark who wrote this on his own. Saw his daughter on twitter saying they so an email from the rhino they met in real life was no longer.
