just a little remark :
when you add the 2nd rhythm guitar, you're playing an electric one
on the original version, it was an acoustic one  :)

It was recorded for a demo disc, so we decided to edit it a bit to keep the length down for the more 'casual' listener.  Even so, it's still 5 minutes long.

The original intention was to record completely with our live instrumentation (hence no acoustic on this song), so that it would be a representation of our live sound.  I can't remember why we recorded both rhythm parts, but when I came to mix it I liked the way it built up when I used both parts, so I broke the 'live' rule a bit.  We've since decided to do a proper live recording at a forthcoming show instead, so I don't feel quite so guilty about doing that.

We did record short versions of Walk of Life & Money for Nothing at the same time.  I might still mix those at some point if anyone's interested in hearing them...
