Dear Amiters, as you know, Blecker Street Int. has decided unilaterally not to sell the Madrid soundboard because of the high fee asked. I don

Is there any German lawyer between you, or anyone fom other country who is a lawyer and knows if this is something that can be pursued by law?
-
Hi all,
I am not a lawyer and not German, but terms and conditions say:
The products presented in the web shop of Bleecker Street Entertainment do not constitute binding offers on the part of Bleecker Street Entertainment but serve for the submission of a binding offer by the Client.
So I think you get stuck on that one.
I know you are disappointed, but besides I think this line already give them freedom not to deliver (and we cannot cancel our order),
we do have a lot of recordings. If they will get in trouble because of this, they will not do another tour with MK to make sticks possible. So even if I saw a possibility I wouldn't recommend to take action.

Thank you, Ingrid. Again, agree with you, although bothering them in that soft way dont think will suppose not working again with Mark. Its all about the money.
-
Agree Binone, complaints will not prevent them for doing it again, but legal actions could prevent them in the future. Lawyers are expensive in every country.

I like what Jbaent wrote to Guy about The Mafia could be involved : ;D thumbsup :clap I would be disappointed not to get the USB from the show I attended, but heck there are other shows that are far more stellar, especially those with SOS. :)

This condition could be perfectly considered as abusive.
Anyway, miraclously, we will have an audience recording of Madrid as well.
Id like to know what thinks Isaac about this.
-
Pretty sure he doesn't care a bit, he is not into recordings or sticks

;-) It's a german company. I work with german companies every now and then. They are very efficient and I cannot imagine they have terms and conditions that are illegal. For me it's the best country to do business with, even better than the dutch ;D

It is not because they wrote it that it is legal.
But as they offer some honest alternative (refund or choosing another show) I don't see any point to ask for a compensation that you could.
And 4 000

That's not what I wrote, I said I can't imagine their terms and conditions are illegal, based on my experience doing business with germans

Sorry if what I wrote seemed to imply you wrote something else, that wasn't my aim, what you wrote was clear already the first time :wave
