This is from a press release promoting something called the Pro Player Health Alliance:
Jim Homan, former sound man for Bob Dylan, says, "Dylan has changed thousands of lives, including mine and going forward I'm hoping to be working with Dave Gergen because he's saving them! We almost lost a longtime crew member last year on the Dylan/Knoffler tour to sleep apnea.
Does anyone know anything at all about this incident?

Do you know what sleep apnea is?
I dont see that it has any relation with anything, Dylan, MK or who talks.

Well, a "long-time crew member" suffers from sleep-apnia, which is a well known diagnosis (that you all can google for sure), and a crew member seemed
obviously to be in danger to life... I guess it was not Mark nor Bob. If it is a well known member of the Dylan crew, maybe the people at ER do know more about it? I have never heard anything about an incident of that kind, twm.

The changeover from Marks rig to Bobs was a remarkable feat mid show! These 'roadie' crews sure do earn their money, I think most would be so knackered they'd sleep soundly whenever they had the chance.
Glad it says, "..almost lost.."
