Post by: Spiritinthesky on April 07, 2014, 09:51:48 AM
Mine is Jerry Reed - She Got the Goldmine (I Got the Shaft).

Country songs have some great song titles.

Mine is I'll Hold You in My Heart by Eddy Arnold. Unfortunately, he was never one of my favorites when I was growing up.  The local radio station played country only, and it seemed like certain tunes got played over and over!   ::)

How about these for song titles:

Ain't Never Gone To Bed With Ugly Women, But I've Sure Woke Up With A Few
She's Looking Better After Every Beer
Her Teeth Was Stained But Her Heart Was Pure
You're The Reason Our Kids Are So Ugly
She Got The Ring And I Got The Finger
My Wife Ran Off With My Best Friend And I Sure Do Miss Him
If I Had Shot You When I First Wanted To, I'd Be Out Of Prison By Now
I'm So Miserable Without You, It's Like You're Still Here
I Wouldn't Take Her To A Dog Fight 'Cause I'm Afraid She'd Win
I Liked You Better Before I Got to Know You So Well
How Can I Miss You If You Won't Go Away?
If The Phone Don't Ring, You'll Know It's Me
